Governance

Each B.T.C. Group subDAO will elect leaders from their respective contributors to serve on governance boards. Each governance board is responsible for the budgetary requirements, initiatives, proposals, contributors, and partners of each respective group.

To maintain a unified governance approach, a Business Operations team member will be appointed to the boards of the Technology and Community subDAOs, while the Secretary to the Board of Directors at Bittrees, Inc. will occupy a position on the Business subDAO.

Each group is required to appoint a minimum of three leaders to its board, ensuring operational consistency and promoting a harmonious and effective management style throughout the organization. These groups may request additional members from the Business Operations team who can bring essential support and alignment.
